AQUAFLICK / PRIVACY POLICY
Privacy Policy
This policy describes the data used to provide Aquaflick accounts, creation, creator libraries, and billing.
Last updated November 1, 2026
1. Data Aquaflick handles
- Account and authentication: account name and email, authentication records, and session information such as IP address and browser user-agent when available.
- Creation inputs and results: prompts, selected effects and supported model settings, job references and statuses, failure details, output URLs and media types, and creation dates. Text-to-image records include the selected fal.ai model and aspect ratio, fal.ai job reference and status, and the returned image URL and media type. Uploaded source images and saved character references include their storage key, URL, filename, media type, and owner account.
- Credits and billing: credit balances and ledger entries, selected offers, checkout references and status, expected amount and grant, and verified payment or subscription details used to display and administer the account.
- Public gallery: a publication flag for each video. Only a ready video whose creator turned on publication is returned by the Explore gallery. Private generations and uploads are excluded.
2. Services involved in product flows
- Managed video generation: supported text-to-video prompts and selected source images for image-to-video are sent to Aquaflick’s managed video generation service to perform the requested job.
- fal.ai text-to-image: after prompt checks pass, Aquaflick sends the text-to-image prompt and selected fal.ai model and aspect ratio to fal.ai. fal.ai returns the image result URL and media type, which Aquaflick saves with the creator’s private history. Text-to-image does not send an uploaded source image.
- Polsia AI moderation: prompts and uploaded source or character images are screened before generation or saving. If the required screening service is unavailable, Aquaflick pauses the affected action.
- File storage: files selected for upload are sent through the Polsia file-upload service and stored for use as private source or character images.
- Managed hosted billing: when configured, Aquaflick sends the account email, selected offer, and account and checkout references to create and verify a hosted checkout. Payment details are entered on the hosted page, not in Aquaflick’s forms.
- Google sign-in: Google participates in authentication only when Aquaflick enables the provider and you choose it.
- Page-view analytics: when enabled for a deployment, an analytics beacon sends page-view events with the deployment slug and a browser-local visitor identifier to Polsia.
3. Private history and sharing
Creator API reads and writes are scoped to the signed-in account. Private history, prompts, uploads, character references, balance, and billing records are not listed publicly. A video is included in Explore only after the creator explicitly publishes it; publication can be turned off from the private library.
Download and share actions are available to the owning creator. A shared output URL may be accessible to people who receive it; Aquaflick does not promise access limits or an expiry for that URL. Unpublishing a video removes it from the Explore API but does not recall a link someone has already copied.
4. Current configuration
The Starter, Pro, and Studio prices and credit grants, one-time top-up price and grant, and per-generation credit cost are not configured. Aquaflick therefore keeps checkout and generation submission unavailable until the owner supplies those values. Credits are added only after managed billing verifies a payment for the signed-in account.
